ADVENTURES OF TIN TIN MUSIC SOUNDTRACK: OBJECTIVE MOON (STEREO)

This is part of the memorable music heard in the 1960's US version of the cartoon score of HERGE'S ADVENTURES OF TIN TIN: OBJECTIVE: MOON. It was taken from the 1950 film score of DESTINATION MOON, composed by Leith Stevens. This is an edited version of the score with the more recognized pieces used in the Tin Tin cartoon.

Thanks very much for putting this up - it is to my ear the very music used in the cartoon. This music is, frankly, what captivated me in watching the cartoon as a kid. I continued to watch other series of the cartoon in hopes of seeing this series again and when it returned I remember being very excited about it. I've thought about it from time to time and was never able to identify it until seeing your post. I recognize the trumpets call, and the unknown feeling of space travel towards Earth's Moon. Its close , but yet so far.
