- Audax Randonneurs Philippines was established in November of 2010 and is the Audax Club Parisien-approved brevet-coordinating organization for the Philippines. The group promotes randonneuring, a non-competitive, time-limited, long-distance cycling event. Riders are not to compete against their fellow cyclists, but to compete only against their own personal best. Skills in self-sufficiency, bicycle mechanics, night-riding, and endurance are more valued over speeds or racing strategies. Riders are expected to respect the traffic rules on the roads and always practice good judgment. Since Audax is not a race, safety should always be a priority.

Depende sa sasabayan actually, at least ask them if pwede. May mga nakiki-drafting naman akong nakikita. Another thing to consider is yung pacing ng mga sasabayan mo. Pili ka na lang ng ka-pace mo.
hi sir, u stopped at the 100th km to scan at the checkpoint? people were saying daw po na for subic 300, first CP is at 50th km, then the next CP is at the 150th km na sa dasol na? no need no scan at 100th km CP?
At 16:05 po bale I displayed yung correct checkpoints on screen. 100th km is not included.

@@patrickjosephmarayag826 ah nice sir. Ang tips ko, kung may makakasabay ka mas maganda. Also, di bale mabagal ang pace basta less stops. Nakakaumay kasi lalu sa pabalik. Malakas ang headwind last time na sumali kami. Kaya preserve your energy.
Pwede po kaya sumali ng Audax kahit naka MTB or Gravel bikes?
Yes po pwede, basta hwag lang e-bikes.
Marami po akong nakitang naka mtb and gravel, and even mga folding bikes may sumali din.

di ko maintindihan bakit 23:00 pinag uusapan ang pag atake at pag iwan at di na makakapit kung hindi naman karera itong audax? gusto mo ba silang iwanan or ayaw mo silang kumapit sayo?
Audax has nothing to do with it. It’s my/our personal choice to speed-up. Even on normal day when you ride outdoors, you can encounter other riders na di mo kilala, pero seems like racing with you. And its all for fun and love of this sports. Don’t take it too personal.
@@AriestocrataStudio i'm not taking it too personal and it's okay to speed up. it's just the narrative you brought with your story. it's like 1-upping the person right after you've used them for your gains.
we hitch at the back of a rider so they can tow us to save energy and that's understandable. in the end say our appreciation. when you were narrating it doesn't seem that there was any rider's camaraderie. it was all "racing".
don't get me wrong i like the video. it's just that part. when you post you are open to opinions and other points of view. it's just my point of view. i'm not the one who posted and said those things. =) food for thought.
