Why is Raigeki number 2? Destruction is much less effective now these days especially with several floaters, and graveyard triggers. Pot of Greed should be above them because outside of floodgates that lock down draw and magic cards, this card will always help you unless you are down to one card. Raigeki can help your opponent sometimes and it is useless on the first turn when your opponent does not have an established board just like Harpie's feather duster. In the OCG, HFD is not banned. Monster Reborn deserves to be on the top 3, but you need monsters in the graveyard to use it. in a macrocosmos deck, it can be easily a dead draw.
No I get your point, Painful Choice, while broken is a card most players don't really know of compared to the other cards featured, and your channel IS more casual based, and featuring more iconic cards are what most would want, also, upon revision, it isn't top 10 most broken or anything, best could mean anything, your favourites, most broken, most iconic, most used, hell, it could even be a list of the best spells at being the worst spells if you wanted.
I think it is high up due to the fact that most viewers are casual and will think of the cards power in a vacuum, and in an vacuum Raigeki IS one of the best card printed. Cards like Painful Choice, Butterfly Dagger Elma (it can probs come back though), Mass Driver, Card Destruction, Foolish Burial etc. are broken, but kinda suck in a vacuum, thus it makes sense not to include them, since most players would read painful choice and think "How is this the best spell ever printed?".

My favorite magic cards (no particular order) 1. Attraffic Control. If your opponent has three or more monsters on their field, this card is basically a permanent "swords of revealing light* minus the revealing face down cards bit. The monsters don't have to be face up to activate the effect either, your opponent just needs to control three or more monsters, which makes this card a very useful floodgate against pendulum and special summoning. 2. Burst Stream of Destruction. A very handy card for any deck running blue eyes white dragon, it's essentially a raigeki for blue-eyes users, allowing you to wipe your opponent's field clean of monsters, regardless of position, for the bargain price of blue-eyes not being able to attack the turn this card was played. 3. Cost Down. This one is simple, once activated, this card reduces the levels of all monsters in your hand by 2 until the end of the turn. Because it's always nice to be able to tribute summon level 8 monsters with one tribute instead of two. Plus, the lingering effect of this card can also help with xyz summons done on the same turn, as monsters whose levels have been reduced by this card remain that way until your turn ends 4. Gold Sarcophagus. Need a certain card to complete a combo but have no draw power cards to help you get it? No problem! Gold Sarcophagus is a search card, allowing you to search any one card from your deck for the bargain price of having to banish it for two standby phases. 5. Stamping Destruction. Basically MST for anyone who dragon-type monsters in their deck. All you need is one dragon type monster on your field, doesn't need to be face up, and you can destroy one card in your opponent's back row, regardless if it's face up or not. Plus, your opponent takes 500 damage as a penalty for the destroyed card. 6. Swords of Revealing light. I don't even need to explain this one, everyone knows what it does. Whats not to love about getting three turns free of monster attacks?
Let me guess, you play a Blue-Eyes Deck? What sucks about SoRL though is that it has to stay on the field and the opponent can easily get rid of it and attack you again.

Beloved Yugioh Jesus, I'd love to see a top 10 Trap Monster list(I actually have a Trap Monster deck). There are enough of them to do a list and I find them fun to talk about personally. Also when I say Trap Monsters I mean ones that still count as traps so not Paleozoic like cards :D
I feel like a more flavorful effect for pot of greed would be "Draw two cards, then discard 1 card at random" if only having to discard 1 randomly is busted, discarding two randomly would work. It's flavorful as your greed could lead to you discarding what you needed in your hand.

I argue that Pot of Greed is the best card in the series. It fits in almost any deck and is not a dead draw at the start of the duel like Monster Reborn can be. It also cannot revive nomi monsters or special summon only monsters that did not fulfill their conditions (including summon negation). It is a free plus 1 and the only time in a top deck when it is a dead draw is when you only have one more card remaining. Harpies and Raigeki have become less powerful especially with graveyard effects and card effect protection.
Favorite Spell Card? easy... Enemy Controller... there's been so many times that I've won thanks to that beautiful card. Either by controlling their monster and using their own strenght against them, or by forcing battle in my favor by changing their monster's position and attack directly with all of my dragons.
One of my favorite spell cards is Chain of Energy. if you have only 1 of these face up on the field, both you and your opponent must pay 500 to set or play cards from your hand, meaning that summoning a monster or playing a spell/trap from hand will start making anyone think twice about what they want to put on the field. Not only that, but just imagine having 2 or even 3 of these on the field. Great for burn decks.
Cursed bamboo is the best. It is an equip spell that allows your monster to attack directly. Like imagine the Winged Dragon of Ra with it with a wiretap set. Think about it.
What do you feel about cards like Soul Charge and Dimension Fusion? Seem like atleast Honorable Mentions at the very least. And a bit of an off topic question but can you use your Yugijesus powers to bring Dragon Ravine back to 3 plz? ;-;
Can you post the best counter cards for you? I'm not referring to Counter Traps (at least not totally) but to cards whose only purpose is to disrupt, control and ruin all your opponent plays and/or combos. Cool list btw

Best spell card of all time is gateway of the samurai :) I made a new six Sam's deck that uses gate way like 6-7 times a turn >^> end result is vfd, shien, crystal wing, quasar with 3 body as shield set ;D
Pot of Greed should be #1 by far, followed by Gracefull Charity on #2. Draw cards are op, they offer an opportunity to generate plus way too easy and way too consistent and at these days, generating plus is the most important win condition.
Oh and Delinquent Duo in the honorable mentions while not even mentioning The Forcefull Sentry? Forcefull Sentry does the same as Delinquent Duo, but 10.000 times better. No LP costs (which are trivial anyways but hey :D ), you can take a look in the enemies hand (which devalues it because you can play around it from now on), you can choose the card and the card does not get discarded, it gets shuffled in the deck where it is way more likely to be lost for the rest of the entire game. Last but not least, you don't have to discard a card with it (unlike with the duo). It's better in so many aspects and should definitely be in the top 5 :P

I think Pot Of Greed should be #1. Not everyone would use Raigeki, not everyone would use Harpies Feather Duster (especially nowadays, since almost all decks are usually dependent on Monster card effects), hell Graceful Charity I think should be #3 at the very least, just cus it not only gets u card advantage but graveyard advantage, but again it's not the most staple card in the game, people can afford to play without it. Pot Of Greed on the other hand is a card that you would have to be stupid not to play, it's a plus one... It speeds up ur deck... It has absolutely no cost or requirement for u to activate it, basically only requiring u to have at least 2 or more cards in ur deck. It's just that good n is a card I'm 99.9% sure will remain banned forever. All other banned spell cards, I could actually see coming off the ban list.

I argue that Pot of Greed is the best card in the series. It fits in almost any deck and is not a dead draw at the start of the duel like Monster Reborn can be. It also cannot revive nomi monsters or special summon only monsters that did not fulfill their conditions (including summon negation). It is a free plus 1 and the only time in a top deck when it is a dead draw is when you only have one more card remaining. Harpies and Raigeki have become less powerful especially with graveyard effects and card effect protection.

For those of you who don't know, Pot of Greed allows you to draw 2 cards from your Deck.
I think Delinquent Duo should have made the list because Yuginono and his doppelgänger are the living incarnation of that card.
Favorite Spell Card? easy... Enemy Controller... there's been so many times that I've won thanks to that beautiful card. Either by controlling their monster and using their own strenght against them, or by forcing battle in my favor by changing their monster's position and attack directly with all of my dragons.

One of my favorite spell cards is Chain of Energy. if you have only 1 of these face up on the field, both you and your opponent must pay 500 to set or play cards from your hand, meaning that summoning a monster or playing a spell/trap from hand will start making anyone think twice about what they want to put on the field. Not only that, but just imagine having 2 or even 3 of these on the field. Great for burn decks.

Cursed bamboo is the best. It is an equip spell that allows your monster to attack directly. Like imagine the Winged Dragon of Ra with it with a wiretap set. Think about it.

Pot of Greed should be #1 by far, followed by Gracefull Charity on #2. Draw cards are op, they offer an opportunity to generate plus way too easy and way too consistent and at these days, generating plus is the most important win condition.
Oh and Delinquent Duo in the honorable mentions while not even mentioning The Forcefull Sentry? Forcefull Sentry does the same as Delinquent Duo, but 10.000 times better. No LP costs (which are trivial anyways but hey :D ), you can take a look in the enemies hand (which devalues it because you can play around it from now on), you can choose the card and the card does not get discarded, it gets shuffled in the deck where it is way more likely to be lost for the rest of the entire game. Last but not least, you don't have to discard a card with it (unlike with the duo). It's better in so many aspects and should definitely be in the top 5 :P

I think Pot Of Greed should be #1. Not everyone would use Raigeki, not everyone would use Harpies Feather Duster (especially nowadays, since almost all decks are usually dependent on Monster card effects), hell Graceful Charity I think should be #3 at the very least, just cus it not only gets u card advantage but graveyard advantage, but again it's not the most staple card in the game, people can afford to play without it. Pot Of Greed on the other hand is a card that you would have to be stupid not to play, it's a plus one... It speeds up ur deck... It has absolutely no cost or requirement for u to activate it, basically only requiring u to have at least 2 or more cards in ur deck. It's just that good n is a card I'm 99.9% sure will remain banned forever. All other banned spell cards, I could actually see coming off the ban list.
