You literally have to start from scratch, spending time with yourself. It is possible and it will come by setting boundaries, being truthful with yourself and consistent checking in with yourself.
It's so true....people also lose themselves as they put so much into taking care of others. Once that self focus comes in self love and confidence begins to grow....
