Watching the Chicago vs New York office is like watching good vs bad company culture.
It’s still a business, so Chicago still bickers and makes content, but there’s a Midwest kindness under it where they are all on the same team at the end of the day. That makes it so much more enjoyable and relatable to watch. Props to big cat and the team for having good culture and building something great!
