Sonic 2 Death Egg Zone as Knuckles (Android)

- This must be the hardest boss fight in classic Sonic games - thanks to the facts that Knuckles has less speed and agility than Sonic, and touchscreen controls provide zero feedback so you can't act very precise. I've spent a few hours to develop my own strategy against the very final boss that I could use with Knuckles and touchscreen. It depends on a cold calculations and precise character placement. However, Some act cannot use his climbing abilities especially boss rush. Because of Knuckles' slightly lower jump height makes players cannot inaccessible to Sonic or Tails route. also Knuckles' boss fights are harder than Sonic or Tails part does.
All I can say is that this boss fight is actually broken. In other versions of this game you can hit the Death Egg Robot from the bottom, but in the mobile version if you do that, you die. Pretty good strategy, but not even with this I can beat it.

I beat him by hitting him at the bottom. Very difficult
I beat the boss fight as knuckles it’s really easy every time he lands go in front and hit him it’s just patience with my strategy
Isaac Bahzad found a better, faster strategy. Just go behind him and hit the back
I hate the fucking hitbox on this boss man, for that thing I only beat one time this game
The other night I finished it with knuckles too, it was a nightmare since knuckles jumps really low I had to hit him everytime robotnik landed,

Knuckles can break walls simply by touching em Without Spin Dash. but he cannot jump as high as the others. occasionally forcing him to get through other routes to take advantage of gliding and climbing. So as that, some Sonic or Tails parts cannot be accessed without climbed(Jumping to the higher platform without Walls) as Knuckles. Unless some part takes Moniter Bounce and Gliding
One Wrong Hit and You Will instantly die.
why in death egg ZONE does not put the ring there
Maybe it is the Final Boss stage? along with the hardest level design it's frustrating when character being smashed to death either crushed or damaged.

In mobile version of the game, it's nearly impossible to defeat Death Egg robot in standard way.

I have all Chaos Emeralds with Knuckles, and when having 50 Rings I want to GLIDE but I become SUPER KNUCKLES instead, LIKE WTF I JUST WANT TO GLIDE I DONT WANT TO BECOME SUPER AND IT DRAINS ALL OF MY RINGS AND WHEN I FACE A BOSS I HAVE 0 RINGS, IT SHOULD BE 3 TAPS TO BECOME SUPER KNUCKLES.

@@Arckkylt technically it exists, but only via Debug Mode with the Super Monitor (hitting it grants you 50 rings per monitor and turning you super)

Hitting the back (grey jet) as sonic or tails isn't very hard if you jump at right time it's possible to hit at first sequence (eggman's first pattern) 4-5 times if controls may vary.

I always defeat silver sonic 15 seconds

With Sonic and Tails I can beat it with ease but with Knuckles if you hit the robot in the front you have to wait for the whole animation to end then hit him just high enough or else you get hit by the claw

I have Sonic Classic Collection on my Nintendo DSi. (it includes sonic, sonic 2, sonic 3, sonic and knuckles, knuckles in sonic 2, and knuckles in sonic 3.) I'm at this part in sonic 2, playing as knuckles. It is VERY hard and I have been trying to beat it for a while now lol. I hope this works lol (if not Idk what will)
Wait, Knuckles can glide permanently! He doesn't need anyone to save him! Tails I understand because he can get tired, and that would be a problem
