De Zerbi is the new Marco Silva.. over rated above his ability. Pep said he was good and the world run with it. He isn't Man U manager material and he failed to work with Brighton board so he wont work within our new structure.
Not sure De Zerbi could have done much else at Brighton. As good as the recruitment has been at Brighton, it wasn't that good last summer despite making a lot of money selling their best midfielders. They've also had a lot of injuries.
The way Brighton are run is different to United. Brighton buy a lot of young players and loan a lot of them out and sell them for the right price. They are quite happy to be mid table side. So it's understandable for De Zerbi to be frustrated with that and wanting more ambition from the club. It wouldn't be the same at United.
