What paparazzi do is and would be extremely distressing to ANY human being (if they have children it’s even worse!) and the officer is basically telling her “too bad” with a tone of “I don’t care, you asked for this”. How is it that cops will do whatever it takes to cuff someone but in situations like this they act like their hands are tied 😑 have some damn sympathy!
Stalking is a crime and why can’t this officer start the process of taking a report and telling the paparazzi to stop the harassment. Then she can complete a report at the point that stalking started. It’s so discouraging that police at that moment can’t do something more than give advice.
