- In the first week of July I released an ASMR Q&A video in the hopes that you guys could get to know me a little bit better :) Many of you really liked that video so I went ahead and asked for some more questions that you might have for me so here we are with another 'Get To Know Me' type ASMR video . hey ilse! I really liked this video!! In terms of what at least i love to see, I like these casual soft spoken videos a lot! I also always go back and watch old ASMR videos. I think the fuzzy white noise in combination with the way you used to talk almost in your normal voice, but very slow (I think you’ve said before its because you werent as comfortable with english then, but i find it very effective) and softly, was great. I loved it when you explained things, especially on the computer or in a list on paper. Been watching you for many years to help me sleep!!

I've been watching ASMR for 9 or 10 years now. I'm 22, and about ur age when u first started. You've mentioned how you've gotten older and changed a lot. My other question would be, can you tell me in your personal experience how you feel differently at a different age? What kind of positive changes have happened throughout the years? And just for a bonus if you're up for it, have you ever lived in a house you thought was haunted ? I thought of that one because it's nighttime and my house spooks me a bit.

I’m sure you’ve gotten a good number of these types of comments before and I apologize if they’re tiring to read at this point. But I wanted to share my first time watching your videos.
I remember the first time I came across your channel, it was in 2012 and Christmas break was around the corner. I was only 11. I was new to the ASMR scene and I discovered something I’ve been needing my whole life. You were helping me sleep through the anxious thoughts that always caused me sleepless nights. It was over trivial things like planning on talking to a crush or potentially bombing a history final. Life was so simple back then. Well, life got busier of course and I’ve lost track of your videos since then. It wasn’t until this week where I rediscovered your channel again and a wave of nostalgia hit me. (Your old intro started playing in my head haha). I was surprised to see you’re still active since it’s been so long. A lot of the ASMRtists from that time have gone on to do other things.
I’ve now since graduated college, work a full time job, and am now living on my own. Almost a decade later and you’re once again helping me relax through anxious thoughts, but this time instead of teenage problems it’s real world problems. It feels like we’ve come to a full circle.

Hello Aimy 😊Hahah it's okay! I like these types of comments and try to read them all nowadays. Ah yes, those problems from our teen years seem so simple now but were huge back then! It's funny how our perspective changes when we grow older 🙂. I actually took a 3,5 year break and came back to CZcams myself in December last year after working on myself. I find it sad that many ASMRtists are gone that started at the very beginning of the Whisper/ASMR community but I know what it's like to run into some old videos and to feel that nostalgia. I am very happy that you found your way back and would like to say, welcome once again ❤You are very welcome! 🙏
