Uncle Yure, it is very disturbing when you bring in a guest (lawyer) to your studio to give clarity on a judgment bordering on national issues. Instead of defending what the law says, they play partisan politics before their viewers.
Your lawyer guest today was supporting Governor Obaseki on impunity and illegality until Mazi your (popular caller) corrected the situation before he changed his tune. In any case, Philip Shaibu decamping to the APC has no bearing on the substantive matter. You cannot bring in a fresh evidence in an appeal (only on a very strict conditions) this issue is already in the appeal court and I do not see how this new evidence of decamping can be admissible.

@@osayi41even he if left the party it doesn't matter Atiku left Pdp for ACN and Pdp thought they could remove him as VP but the supreme Court ruled otherwise and make it known that they are on a joint ticket so forget about his party affiliation.
