Not bad. I think there can be some improvements so I'll throw in my two cents
For me, I find it easier when performing a static reload to keep the rifle shouldered and pointing downrange. I would rather use my thumb to sweep the mag out whilst holding the new one, using the trigger guard as the reference point, mostly based on what Polenar Tactical and Travis Haley use. I'm comfortable enough to do this without looking (your mileage may vary) and doing so consistently though there are times where sweeping the mag out first is the go to especially in an awkward position.
I think the angle that you bring the rifle in is a bit too steep since it means having to bring the rifle back to fire and taking a little more time to adjust. As seen be Klayco47, Polenar Tactical and several others, bringing the rifle so close in the workspace isn't required. I'd personally use my knuckle against the receiver to rock in the new mag but mileage varies as said before.
I don't normally use such large vert grips on AKs as it tends to get in the way of reloads though I am under the impression that isn't your rifle so tis what it is. Whatever works for you works right? C:
