Gordon Macrae was a habdsome man!
Reverend Lind was written about in the New York Times on August 16,1972 for offering a spiritual lift with spirits.
Meredith MacRae was the most beautiful and graceful woman of her generation. I fell in love with her when she first started on Petticoat Junction and have loved her ever since.
So glad we live in a time of the time machine. well, one way anyway. Love soupy!
The respect Arlene gives to the Rev. by standing to shake his hand is refreshing.
Always love the episodes where the Mystery Guest is a family member of the panel. The one where Robert Alda was the MG with son Alan on the panel is funny. Arlene when either Martin or son Peter was the MG was hilarious.
They did things like this when someone didn’t show up. They did five shows each day. They just went back and changed clothes and got face powder. If you notice their hair is always identical fo the entire week or five consecutive shows.
Meredith is like, "Daddy?! What are you doing here??"
I remember watching the episodes of Petticoat Junction, during the 70s after school, I said to myself, "I wanted to be her", because she smiled a lot!
I remember seeing clips of this episode on As Seen On...
Wally is still learning his job. Just watch the errors he makes. Later he was great!
Rayburn being obnoxious with Meredith.
And with Ms X
WELL THAT'S AN OXYMORON IF I'VE EVER HEARD ONE
From the lesser known are you my father? Book 😂❤
