Leogang Bikepark is best known for the UCI Downhill World Cup which is of course a steep, fast, technical course. As a beginner it might seem intimidating going to a place which is well known for being gnarly but there are plenty of trails which are more than doable for the beginner rider.
I started off my going down a trail call Hangman II which I soon found out was way to hard and steep. It had roots on it which you needed to drop off of and this skill is quite advanced. I then cut across onto the blue trail which is Calle the Steinberg line by Fox. This is a super flowy, natural trail with some little drop off and table jumps which you can go as big or as small as you want to.
There is also a trail called Hangman I which is a blue line. I rode this one down to the bottom of the mountain and it is definitely beginner friendly.

So I think you should consider moving to a camper van and living on the continent for 6 months and bring us a comprehensive coverage of the wonderful European trails. So many differing cakes to try.
