Its clear that Raymond Daniels is not at his pick no more. Age is catching up with him at 43. He is less accurate than what he used to be. He is a bit slower. .. i am sure that those who have been watching him for the last 15 years or so can relate to what iam saying here.
An "A" type of fighter will give him a hard time.
At 43, he is still doing ok because of all the hard, dedication, and training he put in or did years ago. He is just reaping the dividends of his past efforts.
I would rather have him retire and keep coaching and cornering the younger generation.
I would like to have him schedule his retirement fight than can be broadcast live. His retirement fight should be prefereably in karate point fighting, since that is his bread and butter;

He has degrees in both taekwondo and karate and he competed in both tournaments as well.

So Raymond Daniels, undoubtedly one of the most skilled kickers in combative sports, makes a habit of kicking opponents in the groin? Hmm, one might begin to think that's intentional, it would be a great way to (at least) slow someone down, right? Remember that fight where he dropped the guy with a spinning back kick to the groin, then, after his opponent had some time to recover, after the ref warned Daniels, admonished him to keep his kicks up, Daniels immediately threw a jump spinning back kick to the groin, and then was declared the winner? That was when I lost all respect for Raymond Daniels. This fight reassures me I was right.
