Karate always very effective in a fight, it all depends on you. Kyokushin karate is definitely effective in a fight because I had to used it growing up in the bad neighborhoods.

Amazing fight but the camera work needs to improve. Those wide angle shots showing the background are absolutely useless and you miss a lot of action. Stay on the fight at all times.

@@sigurdrobertsson2231 in karate competitions and in kumite in dojos usually its not allowed, but elbows strikes its also a karate technique, its called "hiji-ate".
A lot of people think that its exclusive from muay thay but they are wrong.
@@raphaellopes2764 Totally but the lack of use in dojo and competition is why people don't apply it to Karate. It's also in taekwondo and kung fu, but once again, not in sparring or in competition so it's use isn't practiced.

- If the switch back kick misses, try with the switch 360.
- Daniels missed the switch back kick because Farrell moved back, not because Farrell blocked high.
- Try using the circle throw (Judo) to counter the Thai Clinch. is it legal here?

@@deez3063 I feel if karate point system that Raymond won, Thai style scoring Eddie won. If it was Thai Raymond would have got pointed for not engaging and running. Eddie walked forward because he knew there was lack of damage to take, he wouldn’t have done this in a MT match. I think the newer entertainment Muay Thai is more taking damage to give but traditional MT definitely is not taking damage to give.
I’d like to see a match up with elbows and full MT rules allowed and see how it goes. 😊

The Ground Game limit it's not realistic, Fighter Y are beating Fighter X on the ground and the fight stop it's annoying.
They don't want thus to become mma. Mma already has that product. They want to encourage stand up karate fights.

Was rooting for Farrell until I saw the crap he posted on instagram. He was bragging about never throwing in the towel when he corners fighters and also said on the same post his fighter ended up in a comma fighting for his life and had no regrets that he didn’t stop it
