This performance is not only transcendental in itself but I even transcended the idea of what human beings are capable of while watching this video. It's truly amazing, your gift. The strange and alien movements, the divine order in the piece, it's all so impressive. Thank you and much love.
The camera shaking makes the piece more intense lol
True ;D
my ears are shaking, too :-DDD

ur pfp made me feel like i had selected it lol you tricked me -_- XD
@@pleasecontactme4274 lol i didnt mean that
Such a clear and personal interpretation. I think it does great justice to Liszt and shows his music is not only shallow virtuosity. Great job Tiffany, thanks for sharing your musicality with us!
Ok, officially my favorite piano player right now. Love the energy and emotions both in front of and behind the keys. Your my 🌟
piano player = pianist
@@eyelll4982, yupp. That's a word I won't use on my phone anymore. Auto spelling on my phone thinks it's funny to change it to another dirty word 🙄.
@@andreaswennberg9542 oof i know what the dirty word is
Eyelll OMG DIRTY WORD NO NO NO
The dynamics are handled so perfectly!! Beautiful
You’re slowly becoming one of my favourite pianists. Really. Aaaaand you got a sub. Keep it up.
I am a big fan of the transcendental etude no. 10. Have been listening to this piece almost like thousand time from different pianists, your interpretation still inspires me. It reminds me of Cziffra.
Falling in love with this piece because of your performance! Thanks for all the sharing!
Love your rendition - so fluid and virtuosic at the same time. Thanks as always for sharing!
You just made the person in the adjacent practice room drop out of school. But seriously, can you put all 12 of these up over time? A glorious performance by the way.
I love the way that Tiffany poon plays this song, she really played it like she's Liszt!
Yep, me again. I always enjoy watching this. I love the movements and gestures.
Oh my GOSH!
This moved me to places that I wish I could express in words!
Tiffany, this etude will forever be different for me.
This piece means so much to me.
More, please!
I love the music of Tiffany poon she's very gentle ...

listen to the orignal version of this piece it's a masterpiece seriously i love the emotional changes and catchy parts in the original which are faint in this version(the transcendental set is the second version of the original hard grande douze etudes)
@@pleasecontactme4274 yes
which is why it's called a transcendental etude, transcends human desires, emotions and capabilities!
Tiffany suona questo Trascendentale in modo non perfezionabile.
Tutto scorre in modo semplice e perfetto.
La Tua Musica rimane un irraggiungibile Everest per ogni Esecutore.
Bravo Maestro Poon la Tua Arte non ha fine!

I'm learning this piece now, and your playing has taught me quite a lot!
So wonderful! I can't get enough of watching and listening to your performance! Amazing KEEP IT UP! 🌟💜
Hey tiffany, dont be affected by the guy who said abt the speeding up. Music is not about speed like what u said. Cheer up!:) we are all with you
Just saw her story and I was just going to write the same as you!!! It's very frustrating
I came here after the story aswell!!
They’re clearly jealous
@@TomTom53421 yes they are. In fact, others texted her about her LIVE performance being sped up. Its really lame -_-. Also, it is harder to make the piece sound musically pleasant when it is sped up.
@@alicialou5823 not only that, they’re only citing her movements not the music. The tempo is quite steady throughout, the rubato is used quite beautifully, she just moves with what seems like lightning reflexes. One can watch more of her videos to get a clue
This is most intense in-to-it I've seen you play. And GREAT!!! Don't become just another perfect pianist.
Tiffany Poon will be away one big star of the piano-music.
She is already
@@pleasecontactme4274 speed ups? Are you sure? You need to think before commenting, clearly the clothes movement are natural. Try edit a video yourself and speed up em, you know the difference between speed up-ed video and just clear amazing world class piano level video

She is even invited to Steinway and sons piano vault.

@@vincentiusedward5365 oh right sorry i had forgotten to remove that comment i was commenting on 2 tabs and i meant to do that on kassia's video sorry XD anyways tiffany isn't good at all so i dont mind having a comment like that
Pro QBr kassia speeds up her videos..?
@@breomani8455 i doubt she does, she already proving it on her flight of bumblebee videos with timer
Brilhante!!!! I was listening the song during my work and I really needed to stop everyting to watch you, and WOW, I'm pretty impressed!!!
So beautiful, unique, fantastic, elegant.. thank you for making me happy
Although a subscriber to your channel, I only came across this rendition after having heard Trifonov and Ashkenazy's performances of this Étude (both astounding performances too). I am blown away by the poetry and unassuming virtuosity of your performance. I am utterly convinced that this is how the piece should be played and I think it really suits your style of playing.
I keep returning to this rendition. Transcendental is the word for it. I cannot find another pianist who matches this performance.
Edit: the nearest I can find for quality of interpretation (and playing) is Georges Cziffra.
The piano beast! Its really incredible.. No words
my favorite etude♡ nice performance!
Absolutely stunning performance.
Waking up to this energetic piece :) Thanks for this new upload Tiffa, enjoy ur summertime there, big hug from New Zealand.
Amazing..breathtaking!! She's a quickly rising star
I love your play! This is amazing! And your video drives me to practice this piece!
Oh this is such a beautiful performance. I would so much recommend you to have this as an encore, when you go to Germany next time! Love these exclamations, which Liszt use to express rage.
Had to double check my settings to make sure the video was actually playing at normal speed. Unreal and amazing interpretation!
Simply outstanding. Up there with the very best. Many thanks.
Wow! REALLY love the way you play Liszt
Bravo!!! Súper cantabile, dolce y electrizante 100%. Excelente.
Just bravo, what can I say more, with love from New Jersey, USA. Stay healthy. please.
I cannot react with a heart, but here you have ❤️❤️❤️❣️💓💓💓🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 Thank you so much for sharing!!!! 💐💐💐
What you do is not really anybody can transcend to . I see how much you put in to this beautifull Art, speechless .
Wow! Amazing. You did a wonderful performance of a very difficult piece of music.
This is amazing music and crazy performance.
My favourite interpretation! Thanks for this :)
Amazing! Exellent interpretation and squeaky-clean technique! Wow!
Liszt's Transcendental Etude no. 4 will always be my favourite, but great work!!
She plays the hell out of this piece. So fiery! You can tell she’s a real musician. Some people move in an awkward, fake way. Hers is so real!! Wow!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Really beautiful. If I would manage a piano festival no doubt I would invite her playing.....! My gosh!
I was crying from the entire a minor section to 3:34, it’s so beautiful and can’t describe it. Amazing Job!!!!!!!
It just gets so intense😵
No you weren't crying. Stop lying! 🤡
Extraordinary pianist. Movement is so faaassst, precise and accurate.
Tiffany is awesome. I like your style of playing.
I listen to this everyday
Absolutely stunning!
totally flawless , excellent rendition.
"a la Cziffra"!!!
Fabulous playing Tiffany, just amazing...
Penso che Cziffra sarebbe orgoglioso, ricordiamoci sempre che, però, il Maestro rimane sempre insuperabile!
That is no doubt one of the best interpretations of that piece. She's pays attention to every single note, unlike some people who tend to play it too fast and it sounds jumbled. I started learning it and then stopped for some reason but I still play the very beginning some times. It's a difficult piece.
Well bcos she speeds up the video at many parts
@Samuel Santosa now if you have common sense ud understand. And anyways this performance isn't great. Try listening to douze grande etude 10 the original and harder version of this, ud understand how literally a computer payback sounds far better
@Samuel Santosa so if ur saying this is good then ur the one who got it all wrong
@Samuel Santosa ofc i don't understand!! If ur considering this amazing then well u won't understand. For a simple example search yui morishita scherzo focoso, and listen to synthesia version of scherzo focoso too. Ud understand HOPEFULLY. Plus this person sppeded up her video so even considering it was good, should she really deserve so much support? Not saying she doesn't have skill, but to speed up ur videos to get fans and viewers like you is just unfair. There are so many great pianist who don't even get 1000 views! Search florian feilmar he has won several 1st,2nd,3rd prizes in international competitions. You see stop thinking you get classical music. The true ones don't have time to be making CZcams videos. They don't. They earn through concert performances like florian and lang lang(well he has a channel then again he isn't the best) and hamelin.
@Samuel Santosa you can record it slowly and then speed it up with an editor. Kassia does the same. Watch actually performances of Alkan's pieces ud see that their hands movement is very humanly possible unlike this despite being faster than this. Try moving ur hands like that ud get famous or something
came here to better understand Liszt, this helped immensely, thank you
I just found out about you today. I'm so glad I did!
One word Tiffany. Perfection
Amazing! Fantastic! Beautiful!
This. Absolutely. ROCKS. How much would it cost me to have you come to my home and play this? No, seriously, I mean it!!
big big like, my favorite Liszt's etude performed very satisfactorily :)
What a marvelous performance!
Beautiful!
Really beautiful. Bravo!!!
really amazing play!
Fantastisch gespeeld! Chapeau! 👍🎶😃🎹
Very hard piece bassed in Chopin's opus 10 n 9 and very hard passages on left hand sometimes. Great and relaxing performance.
Amazing Tiffany!
great performance!
I LIKE everything she plays. And I'm very particular.
Thanks ❤️
Amazing!
Você toca meu coração
my favorite
Superb! Bravissima 😜😜👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Andre Watts has a fascinating interpretation of this piece. It's slower and more methodical, but the slower tempo let's him bring out a lot more of the savagery that other pianists playing at faster tempos have too little time to really convey.
Truly transcendental!!!
Very Well Played! (Y) .. I still remembered your instagram post regarding this recording =D
amazing performance
Bravo!!!! Beauty and Grace and Awesome!!! ♥
Really nice! Very fantastic
Fine work!
I like it!
awesome !!!!
So powerful and beautiful
Wow...brilliant!
Wow! Brilliant!
Great 👍 I am a fan now!!
DAMN!!! Totally Awesome.
Inspiring and wonderful. Great clarity and expression. I wonder what the sheet music looks like for this piece!
amazing as usual
Your precision is insane.
I would ask if you are actually human, but no robot could articulate that level of emotion.
You are, hands down, the absolute best pianist I have ever seen.
Forget those big name boys. Tiffany Poon all the way.
Amazing. Unbelievable performance. Thank you Tiffany!
Fantástico!
