    I was strict vegan for 6 years, my WORST pregnancy was during my vegan phase… theyve gradually gotten better each pregnancy, currently in my fourth! The minerals are very important!

    I’m 8 weeks pregnant with my 4th child and I have struggled with crippling nausea in each pregnancy. It’s so hard to care for my 4 month old because I always feel so weak and depleted of energy from vomiting so much. I’m gonna try this and hope it changes things for the rest of this first trimester.

    Magnesium oil usually burns my skin. I haven’t tried it in a number of years, but it wasn’t during pregnancy. A burning sensation on the skin is preferable to nausea though, it’s worth a shot.

    This is my 8th pregnancy and my 9th baby. I have eliminated it by eating a fresh greens and ginger shot and low carb high protein breakfast. I'm also mostly vegan. Not over the top strict. Just feel it's healthier for me personally. But for the fact this is my only pregnancy where I don't have it as much, is a miracle. I will get it if I'm not careful. One morning I gave in and had oatmeal for breakfast after my green juice shot. That made me sick that day. But if I'm good, I feel great! Thanks for the info.

      A vegan diet can actually be harmful towards a baby! No matter what, not nutrient beats un-processed animal protein.

    When I was vegan in my first pregnancy, I had the worst morning sickness. Threw up all the time and felt sick into the second trimester too.
    My second pregnancy, as a non vegan and focusing on animal proteins, I felt a million times better.
    I found that as a non vegan, I was able to crave and stomach more animal based foods compared to when I was a vegan and I couldn’t eat anything at all without getting sick because I was limited on many nutrients.

      I’m glad you said this because it was all of the fruits and veggies but especially fruits (glucose content) that made me very sick. I’m 19 weeks now and it’s hit or miss but she’s definitely right about dairy. The milk sent me to the bathroom EXPEDITIOUSLY

    I'm not sure I really buy the vegetarian bit. I eat a primarily plant-based diet and am having an atrocious time. The only full, satiating "meal" I can choke down in my worst moments are Wendy's chicken nuggets...which I haven't eaten in years because I normally boycott fast food. But here we are.

    This is horrible information. Un-processed red meat is extremely healthy for you! Yes, a lot of women have an eversion to it during pregnancy, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's 'toxic' - I actually think it's so nutrient dense that your body might get too much irons and other vitamins from it (thus the aversion). Just a theory. On another note, have you seen the placenta of vegan mothers vs carnivore mothers? The vegan placenta always looks off color and malnourished.

  • @hayden401
    @hayden401 Před 7 měsíci +1

    Nice summary of what worked for you, minus some ultra non-scientific and just down right wrong commentary. Vegan and Vegetarian doen't mean healthy. Red meat is fantastic for the body. A lot of vegetables, greens in particular are actually inflamitory and are not good for you at all. Most fruits are good. I'd do some more research and not go looking for the answers you want, then you may uinderstand how the body actually processes what you eat.

    @divavidao6330 Před 3 dny

    Your information isn’t 100% correct. First off morning sickness is not your body’s way of fighting things to harm the baby morning sickness is simple it’s a magnesium deficiency. The body requires a high level of magnesium to support the pregnancy and basically taking magnesium helps bring your levels up which then takes care of the morning sickness. Please read and educate yourself. Also a lot protein helps with morning sickness so to not eat meat is false it shouldn’t however be greasy because that disturbs stomach acid which in turn increases nausea. But again if magnesium levels are low diet won’t matter in terms of helping. Why you think your magnesium oil works??? Some of the information is good I just think you should be more educated when making a video like this
