Some people think both forms 2nd and 3rd should be the same heigh, i'm not completely sure about it, i think he's Ok
Regardless of that, it is an amazing figure, i was hesitant to buy it, but he looks amazing, also i really like it's butterfly joint at the shoulders, the face plates and the way they sculpted the shoulder guards, they look very good and doesn't lose the aesthetic when they move.
they shoud have done the same with the upcoming Vegeta Namekusei
