Or actually a buffet with a lot of cold food ... not just bread or sandwiches or bread. Like fish (yup COLD), potatoes (sometimes also cold), some lovely shrimp salad, (also sausages, meatballs, sausages (okay the last two might not always be cold). But yeah it differs propably where you are at.

Depends where you live. In the UK it is definitely cheaper to do it yourself, but you get what you pay for and if you pay cheap then that's what you get 🤷♀️

I’ll never forget the time I went to my local hair dressers, I was assured by the girl that she had done extra training in colouring hair with bright colours.
So I sat down, I had my virgin hair that was nearly to my waist (and I’m really tall) I wanted dark purple roots, bright pink mids and blue ends.
She bleached my hair three times in a row, then puts the colour on. When I saw it my stomach dropped. It was a muddy brown on the top, bright red in the middle and a weird purple on the bottom.
Later that night my scalp was in pieces, covered in scabs, bleeding and discharging and it had started to swell up.
I thought she hadn’t rinsed it properly, so I gave it a quick rinse. Tonnes of colour and hair came out and when I looked at it I cried. Basically all the colour rinsed right out, leaving me with the ugly orange, tinted weird purple and red patches.
The next day my hair started snapping off, I ended up losing about half my length.
When I messaged her about how upset I was she told me it was my fault and my hair and scalp is just weird. She said if I wanted it fixed I’d have to pay, that’s after paying £175 for the initial visit.
Ended up going to another place that was just horrified with what had been done to my hair. I ended up having to cut it to shoulder length and we very carefully dyed it back close to my natural brown colour.
It honestly upset me so much, I ended up a couple years later once all the damage had grown out and been trimmed off. Going to a wonderful hair dressers who put in these beautiful extensions and gave me the mermaid hair of my dreams.
I’ve never recovered my thickness and my hair is still very sparse in places and I have a bald patch on the back of my head that never grew hair back.
Lesson learned, be very careful where you go and ensure the hair dressers is capable of what you want.

I have transitioning curly hair with green highlights, and have gotten my hair to a consistent corkscrew pattern all the way thru from babying the hell out of it down to brushing it only when wet with a detangler brush... watching bean aggressively brush her dry bleached hair hurt me so deep in my soul bones I screamed.
I do high key love everything about her though, like her personality, her tattoos, she's just super cute all around and I bet her natural color with the white coming in looks gorgeous too.

"Blue always disappears so fast"...what?! Ive had blue in my hair for a whole year even after bleaching over it and washing it with head amd ahoulders amd dawn dish soap amd doing vitamin C treatments....blue never leaves!!
I did blue and it stayed a nice blue for one wash before it went a weird green, and it was completely gone after probably a month. Probably doesn’t help that I used a pretty bad box dye, but yea.
I finally got rid of the blue in my hair but it did take bleach a few times to get it done
@@franceslopez3363 that’s good. I was just looking at colours to dye my hair and I was like “I’m not gonna be using cheap box dye, so I probably won’t get so lucky if I go blue again” lol. I think I’m gonna go a hot pink
I think what i would do if i ever went blue again is only use a little bit of the hair color and dilute it quite a bit with conditioner so it still is blue but then i dont have that much hair dye to take out after.
