      Hey Linda thanks so much for watching and that’s awesome question. I just noticed that In the mornings When I didn’t have time in the Mornings to. Eat either Oatmeal or a smoothie or Coffee I wouldn’t be hungry until evening. So I researched it and didn’t even realize I was Intermittent Fasting. That one Meal can hold you over until next day evening when you eat dinner again. Remember you still need to consume plenty of water throughout the day. You can snack on Almonds for energy if you feel sluggish. This is why I eat plenty Green Vegetables and Peanuts & Smoothies
