You can sniff the stem end of the cantaloupe. If the fruit smell is easy to detect, the flesh is ripe. Are those kombucha bottles that you cleaned out? I have a lot of those for home-brewed iced tea, fresh lemon juice, pickle juice, and any liquid I want to discard the container for. Great video. Thanks.

I make a similar sandwich with organic wheat pita bread but used avocado, tomato, dandelion leaves, red onion, cucumber and Dijon mustard. Keep up the great work on the info & videos to the nation.
