As a korean that building structure is so rare.

오래된 아파트는 그럴지 몰라도 최근 5년안에 지어진 복층 아파트들은 이와 비슷한 구조를 가진 복틍 아파트나 오피스텔 많아
왜 아는척 나대냐 ㅋ 니 고정관념으로 입을 함부로 놀리지마라 ㅋ
그.. 윗분 말이 맞는게 지역 신경 안쓰고 내부 인테리어만 보면 저런 구조 꽤 흔해요ㅜㅠ..
The second apartment was SO pretty and didn't feel cramped despite the small size. Literally a perfect apartment for a single person

- I need to go to uni cuz there's much competition even among themselves so foreigners who didn't go to uni will definitely be looked down upon
- I'll have to use a new language (tho I'd still learn korean even if I'm not gonna move there cuz I love the language... but still idk)
- I'm black so... hehe
- the beauty standards are too high
- I'd love to be a singer/actress but realistically speaking I don't see that happening there
- it's too far from my family and friends
for now I think going to uni there (at least a semester) or visiting korea during vacations when I'm older would be ok but I'm not sure about permanently living there anymore :(
(I might prolly change idea tho cuz this might just be a phase)

Wow you girls got a reallllly nice landlord. You'd you the room before hand, gave a good housewarming present, and gave you a free tv. That is a great apartment cause its almost like you have two rooms with the loft area.

When it’s more than one person living together, the budget is obviously going to be bigger than one person .

@@Lou-fb3fj you can always go to korea but you will need to be tested for covid and if you do go there you will have to be quarantine in for a few days or week then you can go out and live ur life. you can always go but idk if ur country is even letting anyone go out

Basically you can change your mind to make the balcony upstairs to be a bedroom for one of you and trust me it would be very amazing bedroom to live in

Suggestion - I would split the top area as bedrooms by moving the vanity in to the open area that connects the two open rooms and place a bed where the vanity currently is. You could turn the downstairs bedroom in to a TV room allowing all communal areas on the ground floor and sleeping/getting ready/quiet reading or studying areas on the top floor
Congrats!!! I would love to see the apartment after tidy out, I think it would look incredible hope you have a great time moving out although it would be tired, you guys have a lot of stuff 📦📦📦📦📦❤️

You may consider turning the loft into bedrooms only as a private place maybe a bed in each side
And down stairs the room could be a living room with a couch maybe
And out could be your dining part

I would use the total loft as a sleeping area, and then turn the downstairs bedroom into a living room… this us by far the coolest condo I’ve seen in South Korea.
