    As a coach I like to watch these videos to learn or remember cues and methods. I like this series a lot.
    However, I would disagree on the singles for efficiency. At the very tleast for the BMU. Most people I know who can do BMU would agree that the second rep takes much less energy than the first one. Most people I have taught who got their first BMU were pretty easily hitting the second one right after.
    Coming down from the top after the first rep is essentially the same as the box-drop in (if not more effective because of the height).

    I noticed your BMU's your hands look very narrow/close... do you recommend a narrow grip or a wider grip?
