Bless this man. Imogen, I know you went through hell but man did you hit the jackpot with your parents. Salt of the earth those two. Makes me feel good to see two parents who love their children so selflessly. My dad passed in 07, and he was my best friend. I got ill 4 months after he died, took 2 years to get correctly diagnosed. Down to 75 lbs at 5'8" and one foot in the grave, I finally got diagnosed. And not a day passed that I didnt cry for my dad. Having amazing parents is such a gift that many dont get in this life.

In my old job I was really badly bullied by management and other staff members. I complained to HR and was basically told I was lying after having panic attacks in front of them. Despite all this I enjoyed my job and I continued to be as positive and bubbly as I can- until they decided to give me a false disciplinary whilst I was on holiday and they knew all about it, I went to tribunal and brought my mum with me because thankfully she has a masters in investigation, they told me the EXACT same thing! “Oh I wish you could of told ya” when they were 5-6 people there as well. They gave me all these things that I had apparently done but with no evidence so I said you can’t do this, I won because they had no proof. THEY DID IT AGAIN and by this time I couldn’t bring anyone so it was myself vs them and I wish I recorded it because they said some horrible things. I am 22 years old and these people must of been double my age bullying me.

😢 my daughter is going through this at the minute. It’s so hard seeing her go through so much hurt. I really don’t understand bullies at all. It hit a low point in August when it got really nasty. She’s such a brave girl and I admire her so much going back to school holding her head up High.

I support you so much. Iv gone through bullying and fake friends multiple times. I’m 17 now and am greatful to have some great friends now. You are an inspiration to those who are going through these things. And proof that you can get to the other side. I cried when your Dad cried! I have a 6 year old daughter and a 2 year old son and this is honestly one of my biggest fears! So sad that you had to go threw this and that people think that it is acceptable to treat people in this way! Honestly baffles me! I’m the same if I see someone achieve something great Im always so happy for them and I always tell my children to do the same! We build people up not bring them down! Your parents are amazing!

Literally just watched all the story times one by one about the bullying and it had me in tears I can't believe there's actually kids or just even people that could be so vile!!! Ben is back so pleased Ben is back on the channel he is such a lad. It broke my heart seeing your dad cry, I had a similar situation at a place that I used to work I had an accident at work that was caused by another member of staff but was brushed under the carpet and covered up because the member of staff was the managers son so everything got twisted and my life was made very difficult at work to the point It made me ill and I was off work with stress and anxiety and even when I went back to work after being off for such a long time they still made life difficult for me so I was left with no choice but to resign and find a new job. Thankfully I have found a new job and I am happy there but those horrible people still got away with twisting everything and I wish I could have recorded some of the things they said to me and everything they did but at least I know what to do next time. This sounds a lot like my middle school experience, minus the physical bullying. The track and dance situation was very similar to my own but I ended up dropping out of the teams then suffering through the bullying. My parents and I tried to stand up to the school but they never listened so I said “it’s just 3 years, I’ll get through it”. I’m so happy that your dad never gave up and fought so hard for you and was even cunning enough to record that meeting. Love you and your family!💕

incredible how a family that has been through so much has come out so strong, I’ve never experienced bullying or abuse myself and I don’t know anyone that has and I hope it stays that way, sounds like a weird thing to say but well done, well done for getting through this and not giving in to the bullies taking your life, well done for eventually opening up to your parent (even if it wasn’t by choice), well done to your parents for sticking up for You and fighting for you, well done to the whole family for getting through it,love to you all ❤️

How wonderful to have parents that love you so fiercely that they will fight for you so hard and never give in. I'm fortunate to have parents like this too, but so many aren't. I was badly bullied in school too and I can sympathise with your heartache. It still hurts and still makes me cry in those days where I'm feeling low. My heart aches for you for what you went through. Imogen, it is such a privilege to be able to witness the bond you have with both of your parents. It is truly heartwarming how much you love them and they love you. I’m 19 and my parents split up at the start of this year when my dad left- I love them both so much, it was a complete shock to us all and has completely rocked my world. I literally can't control myself when watching your story times Imogen. I cry every single time. Never have I experienced such horrible things as you, but I can fully relate to the way you felt back then. It's admirable how strong you and your family has been. I myself went through bulling as well but still, to this day, have not managed to fully recover. Listening to you and watching your videos, your positivity and this unbelievable kindness with which you approach everything and everyone helps me a lot. Like it genuinely does. It inspires me and I've noticed a change in myself since I started following you here and on social media. I went through the same sort of ordeal which ended in me in hospital due to mental health, my school at the time being involved with the police (both giving formal warnings to the bullies plus the school for not helping or giving a shit basically & a formal assembly explaining the dangers of bullying) i ended up having to move schools as far away as possible because my current school at the time were more obsessed with the lack of attendance and how it affected their statistics then basically saving my life. My parents and rest of my family stood by me through it all and looking back it makes us all emotional too. But I’m so glad its being spoken about more nowadays because nobody deserves to fall ill or lose their own life due to bullies or people you should be able to rely on turning a blind eye!

I’m so sorry you went through all of this :( Sometimes people want to squash the light in others as a power thing - like jealousy and the only way their character can deal with it it to try and disempower by putting what’s above them below them.
And that child’s parent who attacked your dad - you can see where the child thinks that behaviour is acceptable :(

You really seem like such a nice and genuine person, who didn't deserve any of the bullying you endured ... i was fortunate to never experience bullying during my attendance at school, but sometimes people can be truly mean and evil and you just have to think how unhappy they must be to get such a thrill out of their behavior . You are so lucky to have your dad , I'm 26 now and i lost mine when i was 13 which was devastating, as i was the youngest. He was everything to me ,, so cherish yours. I was literally speechless yesterday, but I went through this a few months ago in work. I was bullied by my manager & a woman who was only 5 years older than me... I was bullied and cried everyday & finally my family made me go to the doctors to get signed off and I never went back! I just wish I recorded them because everything I said that they said, I was patronised and they lied and lied. It still affects me but I now know what to do if it every happens again! Love you💗💗💗
