It’s multiple ESL 1500 series panels. The signals sound like a mix of mini horns in the rooms (likely Gentex GX90s or older Wheelock MIZs), Gemtex WGMS horn strobes outside, and one Wheelock MT replacing a WGMS outside the first building.
