I am using the app on IPad and it shows the xy coordinates of the point. It can be quite tricky to get the correct position. Have you considered numerical input of the coordinates and also relative to another point input? This would make precision design of animated logos and other items so much easier and faster.

Hello! We don't use video editors to record the tutorial. We use screen recording apps! On iPhone, we use the native screen recorder. On Android we tend to use Mobizen. Hope that helps!

Hi, this app helps, but why do weird things happen? like for example, I just added a shape for an effect, and when it was exported, it took longer, even more than 2 hours, it wasn't saved. even though the video is only 10 seconds, but when I make a video with quite a lot of effects, it exports quickly. sometimes also the quality becomes bad, blurry..

An internal testing feature was mistakenly enabled once in an older version but it did not work correctly and could not import on a different device that the project was originally created on (so it wasn't very useful). This is why we made project links, because they handle moving between devices correctly.

Please know that every device has a hardware limit as to how much it can process at any one time. If your project starts to reach that limit you will start to see drops in performance. We're working on optimizing the app with every update so that you can do more within that limit, but we ultimately cannot affect hardware so if you push your device hard enough you will see drops in performance. If you are having issues with video, some video formats behave better than others, try exporting your video by itself through Alight Motion, and see if the performance for that video clip improves. If you're having problems with lag in other places, or doing this with video doesn't help, please contact support@alightcreative.com with more information and we'll try to give more specific advice. Hello. Are you on iPad? If so, there is no plus button there, everything that would be in that panel is listed on the side of the screen. Regarding keyframes, when you enter a panel, please select a property, that will cause the "Add Keyframe" button to appear. By property I mean tapping on the name of a particular slider or spinner in an effect or in another panel. Hope that helps!
I wish I could also add PNG sequence on the app also I suggest for exporting PNG sequence save also on the local device because mostly Im editing on the same device and I feel annoyed when need those pictures.. mostly because it very nice to edit Animation in your app.. I really like it.

Hello! It is the same process on iPad! :) The buttons are just a bit spread out. If you're having problems working with the iPad layout, please put the app into split screen mode! If the app occupies less than half of the screen it will display the iPhone layout! Hope that helps!

Please check www.alightmotion.com/performanceguide for tips that may help! Please know that every device has a hardware limit as to how much it can process at any one time. If your project starts to reach that limit you will start to see drops in performance. We're working on optimizing the app with every update so that you can do more within that limit, but we ultimately cannot affect hardware so if you push your device hard enough you will see drops in performance. If you are having issues with video, some video formats behave better than others, try exporting your video by itself through Alight Motion, and see if the performance for that video clip improves. If you're having problems with lag in other places, or doing this with video doesn't help, please contact support@alightcreative.com with more information and we'll try to give more specific advice. We apologize for any inconvenience!

Alight motion cant be installed on android 11 pls fix this ive been editing for years on this app, when i updated my phone the app disappeared and cant be installed on any platform on the internet

And also make how to import XML files in alight motion app
Hello! XML cannot be imported into Alight Motion at this point. An internal testing feature was mistakenly enabled once in an older version but it did not work correctly and could not import on a different device that the project was originally created on (so it wasn't very useful). This is why we made project links, because they handle moving between devices correctly.

Hello alight motion, I sadly have a problem with the app, so today my alight motion glitched and I can’t even use it but I don’t want to delete it I tried everything I can but nothing is working I just went to go make an intro someone asked me to make one for them but after I made that project, it decided to no longer work.

Bruh help i do not have the key framing and olus button on gop of my alight motion :-:
Hello. Are you on iPad? If so, there is no plus button there, everything that would be in that panel is listed on the side of the screen. Regarding keyframes, when you enter a panel, please select a property, that will cause the "Add Keyframe" button to appear. By property I mean tapping on the name of a particular slider or spinner in an effect or in another panel.

I wish I could also add PNG sequence on the app also I suggest for exporting PNG sequence save also on the local device because mostly Im editing on the same device and I feel annoyed when need those pictures.. mostly because it very nice to edit Animation in your app.. I really like it.

2. PNG Sequence Saving - You should be able to save to the local device now. It will save as a zip file that you will need to decompress, but that should be possible on most devices. Could you tell us what issue you're having in a new comment?

Can you do this on iPad?
Hello! It is the same process on iPad! :) The buttons are just a bit spread out. If you're having problems working with the iPad layout, please put the app into split screen mode! If the app occupies less than half of the screen it will display the iPhone layout! Hope that helps!
