Sorry but I'm gonna have to respectfully disagree. Osku throws possibly the most powerful strike ball in the PBA. 20 MPH is definitely not a stretch. A guy I bowled against a few weeks ago is a huge cranked, probably has almost as much power as Palermaa and his ball was reading 19.5 on average so I fully believe Osku was hitting 20 all day long
They might be tracking speed off the hand, where most centers track speed at the pin deck where the ball has lost considerable speed. Robert Smith won a tournament long ago throwing it 28mph first ball, going coat to coast with over 550rpm and he's been measured at over 600rpm -with one hand...
