As long as the 1080p HDMI cable from 2008 was made to a high standard, the old cable work just fine with 4K in 2023. This reality has been repeatedly stated by home theatre and IT experts. Google it.

The Xbox series S has the compute power for ps4 pro so with Apple silicon who knows? Yes we've all been exposed to marketing. Velocity architecture, RND2 blah blah.
