One advice for girls in workplace, keep your voice or video recorder open in your phone/tablet/laptop/PC while you are facing these kind of trouble in workplace, Wear clothes which have pockets, carry some chilli powder with you, and use it when necessary, and then report this incident to the HR of the company ASAP. Carry two pendrives with you, copy the recordings from the phone/tablet directly, or with the help of laptop/PC !!! Keep one pendrive with yourself, if HR doesn't listen, report it to the CEO. The last of the last option is to leave your job. If CEO also refuses to take action against sexual harassment, or supports sexual harassment, or himself involves in sexual harassment, then the last option is to resign from the company. Quitting should be the last of the last option !!! Until that, we should fight back, and never give up !!!

I don't think there should be a list of reasons that why we should respect women.
One reason is enough. She is a human too.
We don't need to overemphasize, because entire thing is, men don't see women as human... They see women as sexual objects.
We don't need to lable her with superior respect, like mother, sister etc, actually that means we are in a need of some reasons to respect her.

That's not the HR decision that's the girls courage that she complained about her reporting manager.
A guy sat in a bay close by would ask about my lunch time everyday. Asked me about my favorite cuisines. I being a dumb ass kept talking and sharing everything. He started asking if I would like to join him for lunch at a nearby restaurant. I would just say no because I didn't want to lose my parking spot. He offered me a ride in his car. I said no because I was sick that day. Weeks went by like this. I told my husband how annoying this "uncle" is in my office. He busted out laughing because I had no idea a guy was hitting on me for months and I kept thinking "oh poor old man he must miss his daughter so much he wants to spend time with me " 🙉

It happened to me. However, I ended up slapping that manager immediately. Lol, there is nothing to be dealt with, believe in yourself and ofcourse we are qualified enough to be in that job, and we don't need anyone else approval whether we are worth it or not.

It happened with me in one of very reputed companies. And HR was boss' puppet unlike this video and the reason they gave was they needed me to stay late because of business needs to which I resisted and then resigned
