at 12:10, you mention that Reinforce reduces the incoming damage by 1. It adds an evade (effectively cancelling one damage) if there are 2 or more hit/crit results remaining after the Compare Results step (after all dice are modified and compared, and hit/crits are negated by evades on the greens) - meaning it can't reduce damage below 1.
With the full frontal arc, where the indicator is a half circle filled in, how do you measure that with the range finder. I have the bossk ship and was unclear on how to use the full frontal arc

@@harsh-rules Thanks, there are a lot of major changes such as obstacle effects, squad building, scenarios, planning phase turn order, explaining how the upgrade points/ban lists work, and other clarifications regarding range 0 for instance. No one has made a comprehensive rules guide yet.

I find your videos to be great tools for learning the nuances of complex games. However, I scratch my head with this one. Though your information is never lacking, I feel this game is beneath you. Rarely do I walk into a game store and not find people playing this. I seems way too 'common' of a game to need the Harsh Rules treatment. Combat Commander, Churchill, Liberty or Death... X-Wing?
Seems like that might be an area-specific thing. Personally in all my time in game stores I've never seen anyone playing this. I've recently spent a lot more time in my local game store, and have yet to see anyone play this. They have three tables for it, sure, but I knew nothing about it until a patron talked with me about it. I have only just now found this game.
