Like any other fire department, the guys on the medic unit get their balls kicked in all shift while the engine and ladder guys sleep all night.

What is the voice on the ambulanse saying
From memory they are giving the direction the ambulance is going to be going., or something to that effect.
Kyukyusha ga migi/hidari ni magarimasu. Which simply means "ambulance turning right/left" as scottdd2 pointed out.

How is it possible that the ambulance is in the fire station... WITHOUT HAVING BEEN PAINTED RED?
According to Japanese law all ambulances must be painted white. Usually,Japanese ambulances have a red line but,ambulances in Osaka don't have it because red in Japanese is same pronounce 'not good 'dialect in Osaka .
What makes a rescue a "Super rescue" and not just a normal rescue?
It's like their equivalent of a "technical rescue" (i.e. has equipment for more specialized rescue scenarios)
Technical rescue stuff, extrication equipment I'm assuming. Probably the equivalent to a US heavy rescue

トヨタ ハイエースとか言ってる外国人いるけど、ハイエースじゃないからね？
トヨタ救急車っていう専用車だから
一応ハイエースをベースにした車両なのであながち間違いではないんですけどね....この専用車もちゃんとした名称があって｢トヨタ・ハイメディック｣というらしいです。
余談ですが、ハイメディックは初代から現在までハイエースをベースに作られてきました
訂正:2代目はハイエースをベースにして作られてなかったですね()
でも、ベースはハイエースだからね。
