This team is good. I remember way back in 1985 when the Nduka Ugbade led Eaglets of Nigeria beat Germany in the Final of the maiden edition of the FIFA Kodak sponsored U-17 World Cup. Ugbade is now the Coach of this very promising team. The impact of good Coaching is glaring in this team. Emmanuel Michael is a player with lots of potential...the future is bright for him. The team has very good player...the midfielder, the goalkeeper... they should keep the tempo and win the main CAF Tournament. Well-done to them and the Coaching Staff.👏👏👏👍

@@VanIyke I agree with you. It's one of the issues affecting the chance of Nigeria and other African Teams from actually getting to the Final Rounds of the Senior FIFA World Cup.
Example is Ajiboye that kept for Nigeria's U-17 in 1997 and beat Spain in the Final that had a certain David Degea in goal in that Tournament. We know how far Degea has gone and achieved in his career but what has Ajiboye achieved? Where is he now? I think he was playing for 3SC Shooting Stars sometime ago but I honestly don't know where he is now.

This is a formidable team for the world cup, and the boys have all the right ingredients to go all the way and bring our world cup back home again for the sixth time. They need at least four new good players, cuz nothing is on the bench, their institution is always Light Eke, and he is not physically strong yet, the three frontlines need sharp better players

Most of the players that failed the test are the players he has been working with and who have played most of their test matches, so he has to do another one-week open screening because all the players' selection is done through open screening in Abuja, and he has just three weeks to prepare the team for this tournament.
