Iâve had kidney stones twice and had to have surgery both times. Now I sit around for that pain to return; I think it inevitably will. I hope your kidneys remain stone-free in the future!

Yeah itâs horrible just waiting for that pain! Every twinge I get, I panic đŁ I definitely drink a lot more water now, thatâs for sure!
