Problem about this topic is, no one will pinpoint tell you what his issue is. So it is either low key passive agreement/toxic, or he just doesn’t go along with others. These characteristics usually won’t cause much problem in real life, but LOL is a team game so it becomes one.
Last year, either Jankos or Carlos talked a little about one of Rekkkles' problem. One of them was he doesn't like to stay up late at night and stay with the team. He goes early in the bed. They said we like to play, stream and screem until late night and sleep through the day, but Rekkless doesn't!

Thats actually an awesome point and why so many superteams fail, talent alone is not everything you can even see it in the LCS with teams like GG, FLY and most certain C9 who is always at top of the table while beeing known for having one of the best team atmospheres.
There's a difference in being introverted, and then refusing to talk to people. The best way I've heard anyone describe introversion and extroversion is like this. With introverts, you have a certain amount of balls (energy) and every interaction you have, you take one ball away, with extroverts however, for every interaction you have, they gain a ball. Introversion and social anxiety for example are often mistaken for the same thing. As someone who is an introvert, and has some social anxiety, I hate when they just clump it together into one thing. I think the problem with Rekkles is his ego, he is obviously a REALLY great ADC, but he doesn't follow the meta. Yes, he might be an introvert, but take someone like Caps, he GENUINELY loves League, it's his favourite game of ALL TIME, so he loves every bit of it, Rekkles sees this as a job, a 9-17 kind of thing it seems. It's not 100% Rekkles' fault, but he is the major factor though.

I would agree if it happens once with Nugiri in FPX but for Rekkles it happend in multiple teams, under multiple coaches with multiple teammates. You have to be selfreflective at some point and say its maybe an me issue and not everyone elses fault.

Why does no one ever speak clearly? I don't understand what you mean by that. Rekkles seems really reserved and quiet, and he is not gonna participate in the "anime" evening of G2. Maybe that was the issue, idk. There were no issues when Rekkles was doing that commercial for G2 with the car. Introverts work differently, ok? When you aren't giving them really specific instructions, they will not do anything. I'm sure Rekkles is the kind of guy who focuses on the game and doesn't like to chat a lot about other things. Extroverts don't understand introverts and vice versa, but introverts don't hate on extroverts for free. That's the main difference.
I'm still not convinced. Dom probably knows something behind the scenes that he can't say here, but I saw the Selfmade clip where he talks about Rekkles and that's not what he said at all. He even said he would be happy to work with Rekkles (or Upset) again because they play well on the rift. Not to mention that the KC coach comments seem dodgy. It just seems like a coach wanting to give a reason why the team failure wasn't his failure and it's easy to just say it was Rekkles because of rumours. I think it's becoming more obvious that Rekkles is an introvert and there will be people who mesh well with those personalities, and people who don't. Regardless of what people think of his performance, people calling him a "diva" or difficult just because he's differently wired up seems a little unfair. As an introvert myself, I know for a fact that the last thing I want is more attention, especially negative attention. Him being "difficult to work with" could very easily just be him being different from the other players and therefore needing a different approach for just him.

The reason I like Rekkles is he is one of the few players that don’t exhibit toxic masculinity. He feels like emotionally intelligent and his twitch chat is at least not a cringe fest of 13 yo boys who just got home from school.
Not to be a devil's advocate but I'm pretty sure his Twitch chat is pretty restricted to his subscribers, which are equally fanatical (unintentional pun lol) towards him. That explains why there isn't any "cringe" on it. The only reason why I think Dom and Thorin's criticism of him still holds is because people like Grabbz (technically someone who spent time with him off camera) said his approach towards "team culture" negatively affects whatever team he is in. In a team atmosphere you have to be someone people like playing with or your team has to be so stacked like the bulls with dennis rodman. G2 2021, Caps and Jankos didn’t felt comfortable with Rekkles cause he ain’t a clown, he is a serious professional and these 2 were mad that Rekkles was performing while they were in 2021 the most average players feeling Rekkles was taking all the resources and taking off some leadership. 2. Why does no one ever speak clearly? I don't understand what you mean by that. Rekkles seems really reserved and quiet, and he is not gonna participate in the "anime" evening of G2. Maybe that was the issue, idk. There were no issues when Rekkles was doing that commercial for G2 with the car.
Introverts work differently, ok? When you aren't giving them really specific instructions, they will not do anything. I'm sure Rekkles is the kind of guy who focuses on the game and doesn't like to chat a lot about other things. Extroverts don't understand introverts and vice versa, but introverts don't hate on extroverts for free. That's the main difference.
I'm still not convinced. Dom probably knows something behind the scenes that he can't say here, but I saw the Selfmade clip where he talks about Rekkles and that's not what he said at all. He even said he would be happy to work with Rekkles (or Upset) again because they play well on the rift.
Not to mention that the KC coach comments seem dodgy. It just seems like a coach wanting to give a reason why the team failure wasn't his failure and it's easy to just say it was Rekkles because of rumours.
I think it's becoming more obvious that Rekkles is an introvert and there will be people who mesh well with those personalities, and people who don't. Regardless of what people think of his performance, people calling him a "diva" or difficult just because he's differently wired up seems a little unfair. As an introvert myself, I know for a fact that the last thing I want is more attention, especially negative attention. Him being "difficult to work with" could very easily just be him being different from the other players and therefore needing a different approach for just him.
