- Join me on a Saturday as I go through my day. As a business owner with seven children things are almost always crazy busy. It is very difficult to balance work and family time. In this video you will see me doing my best. Life can be extremely exhausting and extremely rewarding all at the same time.
When I saw the family at the zoo I said "How much kids does he make?"
When Ryan Said we were gonna come with him to dinner I was like wohooo
I think the best part was the sky lift ride, Ryan giving us a peak into a life long memory, something truly innocent and precious

Hey Ryan! My family and I run our own ground working company, paving, slabbing, concrete etc. We all love to watch your videos after a long day of work just like yourself. My mum was recently admitted into hospital following an underlying illness. "he's a great guy I just kind of hope he's not here right now" honestly that's one of the realest things you can hear as a contractor. When things are super busy and you've got a million places to be sometimes it's a nice break when no one comes to the door or answers the phone so you can just do your job and head to the next one.
i don't know how i came to watching concrete videos. i've been following o'dell for years and somehow stumbled upon your channel earlier this year. concrete is cool but i love seeing videos like this. i didn't get to grow up in a family that did things together or have a dad who openly and willingly showed me love like you do your kids. kind of corny but watching this stuff is almost like experiencing what that would have been like. i appreciate fathers who take their jobs as fathers seriously. love your videos big guy

Ryan, I hope you read this one, just last night we began a 6 week study group about being better ambassadors for Jesus , In all the time I have been saved (12 yrs) I have worked on turning my life around, being a better dad , friend and husband. My first marriage tanked because i worked too much and didn't have balance, but mostly because i was angry and in pain from childhood. This video hits me in many ways, you are doing God's work brother, how you treat strangers, workers family and friends brings glory to God and I am learning how God wants me to bring glory to him buy the same way you treat people, which has been the hardest lesson for me. thanks bro. Load securement is crucial , I’m sure you’ve done this before but it sounds like you need to get a Saturday with all of the employees and do some load securement and organization of the trucks and equipment… also teach the boys how to drive those rigs in the winter/rain etc.
