Thanks for your Valuable comment, since i don't have any doubts in what is fault, and update domain, and i am very happy with it, it u r a Tech guys easily by name itself you can understand, it's not a mountain to understand about this, Fault domain is nothing but group of multiple hardware to work together to provide fault, tolerance, Exam....if one power supply is down from other Server or machines should get power, that is called fault domain bcz they work together very close, ......Second...update domain is again a group of multple servers to work together to provide redundancy, fault tolerance, if you want to do any maintenance work, you can do it without any down time, the same application can be accessed from other servers from the group....!!! If hope your problm will be clear if still you have doubt pls lrt me know, i can expalin in many ways.....sometimes ppl dont understand others language....!!

or check this once It it because of timeout. 1, Probe has by default 30 seconds timeout. if you application needs authentication, you will have to set custom probe.2, Application Gateway has default 30 seconds timeout as well. if your Application Gateway cannot get response from backend virtual machine.
