Battlefield 1 is a greatest fps game ever created. All the other fps franchise multiplayer focused on getting kills. But Battlefield 1 MP is about experiencing the beautiful yet terrifying war atmosphere. It cant be matched by other fps still.

I feel like mw2 might have better gun detail like such as the empty inspections and battlefield is focused more on environment
@@ParutoTH Why care about historical accuracy while the game isn't known for it? From jetpack of BF1942 to even letting Chinese and Russia use American/European weapons and vice versa.
BF1’s graphics were phenomenal back in 2016. It still looks like a fresh game

I think MWII doesn't have the water arm lifting thing because they have a lot of gameplay mechanics surrounding water that would make such a detail actually less realistic
i probably think, modern guns can work even immersed in water, but not WW1 guns.

bro, a lot of details he said weren't in mw2, actually are, I don't know how he missed them. you can hear them walking on the shells, there is a smoke shadow from grenades, and all the characters literally have voicelines when a grenade is thrown at them.

I heard somewhere that IW put most of their engine improvements to the water which really shows. I hope they can work on their LoD and vegetation next

The fact that bf1 is being compared to a recent cod which is owned by a multi billion dollars company is amazing, and the fact that bf1 still has more details is enough to say BF > cod in general

Im bf1 shells have a different sound based on the surface they land on.
Also you can't compare things like grenade throw back and aiming reload bcs they are gameplay mechanics and not details

This is a really great comparison. Both games opted to focus heavily on casualization by completely altering franchise-long systems and mechanics to appeal to broader audiences. Battlefield 1 however compensated those changes with new ways to approach engagement, satisfying long time fans in the process. MWII did not at all and stripped a way a lot of Call of Duty's identity. BF1 is fondly remembered for being one of the best games in the franchise, MWII is one of the most maligned.
I think you got 13:25 wrong. In BF1 you can push away grenades.
bf1 and cod2019 are two of the best fps games I ever played,both were ahead of their time. However bf2042 and cod2022 are just rubbish😂

Well I mean it was supposed to play on an Xbox One/PS4 so you can't expect the same fidelity as a next-gen game.
