..Good Job!..you got one to work right :)...those 025/MS 250 carbs, both the Walbros and Zamas, are notorious for bogging and stalling...I've had such a poor success rate getting them to work right after cleaning and rebuilding, I usually just replace them now...less wasted time....I've actually had pretty good luck with the aftermarket ones..every now and then you'll get a bad one, but they are so inexpensive, I just usually keep a couple on hand, and if one happens to be bad, I use the other one, and just use the parts and diaphragms out of the bad one rather than hassling with returning it...I usually just replace the carbs on Stihl FS 55 and FS 85 trimmers as well, and the square plastic ones on Echo trimmers(SRM 210, 230, etc.)...I hate to be a "parts changer", but I've wasted a lot of time trying to "fix" carbs on the newer equipment that won't "fix"..not like the old Tillotson HS or Walbro SDC's..clean those and put a kit in them, and they were guaranteed to work unless they were badly corroded...I think most all of this newer equipment is moving in the direction of "parts changing"....
Hey Bellhopper and all the subs. Wishing you all a fantastic day filled with kindness and joy for your fellow humans. Great video Jereme, I run one of those little 250’s. They are a nice little saw. You make it look so easy to tear out that carb.... 😂. Any way buddy, keep cranking out the great content.
Good work Hopper. It's not flat now 👍 feel your pain buddy. Have had four operations for them. Pain is bad and the stints are worse. Be safe and healthy friend 🙏
Thank you for showing me your trick setting the needle valve! That will be so helpful for me as I am trying to rebuilt a Tillotson carb right now! As always good sir, have a great day! Thank you again!
So was that a zama carb? I have a 250 myself. Been thinking about a walbro 215 swap. Any advantages of the walbro? I see tillotson makes one for the 250 akso......
Hi Jeremy!!😀😀 That was a nice easy fix!! Sorry to hear that you are battling kidney stones. They are definitely no fun. I've been lucky and never had any. I don't drink much soda pop. I drink a lot of coffee. They claim coffee is much better for not getting stones that soda pop. Take care my friend and get to feeling better!!😀😀❤❤
Thank you for taking the time to make these videos I’m really enjoying the channel you inspire me! I need to get some carb parts to make up kits where do you get yours? Thanks again for all you do for us newbies.
I pray you will get better from the kidney stone, I had those. Try and catch it if you can and get it analyzed. It can then be traced to our type of diet.🇨🇦🇺🇸
@Bellhopper I got that 10-10E running, but the chain goes from tight to lose as ya roll it along. Chain and bar look fairly new, thinking it's probably the sprocket... Any thoughts appreciated 👍
You look to know what you do man,,, the only problem is that WE can't see what you're doing ! Only your big fingers, so pls realign yoyr camera to SHOW US,,,!

I have 2 of these. Great little saws. I put them to the test all the time. Now I can see all the things I don't do when cleaning the carb 😁

i was going to put a adjustable carb on a ms 180c but I got it to run fine.
I’m surprised you kept the bar on this one, usually it’s easier to move around with the bar off I’d imagine.
Thank

What is going on Bellhopper
JB ❤

Usually when that happens its the wrong pitch chain or its stretched or there is something amiss with the clutch or sprocket
Thank you sir, I'll swap the chain first thing 👍
