I hope this can show you that it's ok to join in and eat whatever you want around easter. I have all of these foods in my daily life and nothing bad happens. Trust in ED recovery!

Thank you for making this. As a former E.D. sufferer I recently somehow stumbled upon your channel /shorts. And have found them really interesting and relatable. I'm 38 now but have struggled with various forms of E.D's my whole life. The worst point being between the age of 19 and 24. I'd say it never completely goes away but that I'm "I'm active recovery" . I've been at a healthier weight for over 14 years now. Although "it" still lives in me. I just have to work hard at silencing that monster. Mini eggs in porridge?! Why have I never tried this !!! Genius ! Once again thanks for making this content it is important we talk about these issues rather than brush them under the carpet which I did for 20 years. Take care sweetheart x

This Easter is very special to me for a multitude of reasons, but the main one is that I’m recovering from an eating disorder (osfed) and committing to it for the first time. I’m still watching, but this video is already inspiring me to go and eat some yummy Easter treats 💖

I agree with the though about strawberries. They feel springy to me too haha. when I think of easter I think of like a basket with strawberries for some weird reason
