This is a true definition of what happens in universities in Nigeria. Its disgusting how lectures treat students with no respect and showing favourism among students in Nigeria and Ghana . I watched sex for grade in Nigerian universities and it got me very sad.
Its important to differentiate between work and home. A well groomed child will not use her father's position to intimidate and disadvantage others.

Sorry but if I was the HOD and if that was my son or daughter behaving in such a disgusting way thinking they can treat others how they want because of my position, that would be my disgrace and my failure to turn a blind eye on that. Therefore I'd be packing them off to Military School. I would not tolerate that kind of behaviour, not even from my own children.
