Unfortunately it is happening every where in the work place. They change once they get into a position and think that you are below them. I can't understand why people cannot be grounded mentally without the ego and controlling behaviour it pays nothing to be nice the story line describes it best! Sometimes there are hard lessons to be learnt!

You know, I laughed, when watching this video. It took me back to my mothers words, when she use to say, "you can be too smart for some people". Those words played out here in excellent fashion. I experienced the same treatment throughout my career. My advice to those, who experience the same treatment; remember my words, "I don't know everything, but, I know what I know. And I'm not gonna dumb down so, that you can appear smarter". Again, "you can be too smart for some people". Judith, was not only intimidated, but, she was also threatened.
