Knox is my favorite reactor. He hears things that NOBODY else does. His ear for beats and rhymes is unparalleled. He could literally teach a college coarse in music. I wish I liked his music more, but it doesn't grab me like I feel that it should. There are a few songs that I really like, but I feel like his knowledge, and his ear should make him one of the greatest out there. Maybe he sounds too "white" for me, but he is definitely one of the greatest reactors alive. Even though I'm not a huge fan of his music, I hope he ends up creating something special that the whole world will want to jam to. Knox is a great person that deserves the world.
His music has improved dramatically over the last year imo - I honestly think Knox in the way to making something golden

But I also have to agree with HedLines about his music drastically improving over the course of the year. I feel like his flows are improving and don't seem to run on as much as they used to. I also feel like he's trying to find that Knox sound. For example, with Tom MacDonald, regardless which flow or cadence he's using, you can just tell it's him without needing to have visual confirmation. I hope Knox will be able to find that unique sound as well as work with some talented producers to help him make something amazing! He needs awesome beats like his track "Off My Chest" which I really like!
I'm not a huge hip hop guy, I found Knox and stuck around because he's extremely bright and well read, and he is actually warming me up more to the artistry behind hip hop, which I've just never appreciated before (I know, I know, I'm late to the game, but I'm a Jewish lawyer who voted for Reagan so forgive me for being a little late). Also, you love to watch people talk about what they're really passionate and knowledgeable about, it's so rare these days. I don't know about his music, but I can tell you these reactions are definitely what he's meant to be doing on this earth.

Visually there's so many interesting things happening. It's like the rain represents Truth - Tom is immersed in it, while almost everyone else is indoors or using an umbrella. Notice Dax stays dry the entire time. He strikes me as a representation of the average person - not overtaken by propaganda, but also not seeking Truth... and, as a result, the propaganda machine catches up to him eventually.

People aren't wrong about it being repetitive, but I think that is a metaphor. Propaganda is the repetition of information (that may or may not be true) to drill it into people's heads. So I think there is symbolism in the repetition there.

Independent is definitely the way to go, gives artist like Dax and Tom to make real honest music that try's to send a positive message, without it being corrupted by corporate green
It has its pros and cons. On one hand you are free to to what you want when you want, on the other hand it's riskier since it all depends on you
I would have to say that the majority of my favorite artists are independent. Unfortunately a lot of them don’t get the numbers that people signing labels get.
It's a tougher road though, and to keep people look for the quick payday
