Current objective: go from almost total beginner to being able to play this perfectly by Halloween when I'm cosplaying Eric Draven with guitar

the noise at the end of the solo is because he smashes the guitar in the movie and its always been an impactful scene to me because that is just raw emotion poured out

@@AndyHillier not too bad thanks Andy. I’m getting there up to the last section. It takes a bit longer to get the fingers working (started learning last year at 52) but I’ve just played through the first couple of sections and my son was (almost) impressed 😂

As someone who bought their own guitar with Christmas money at 17 and now 3 years later is gonna start paying for my own guitar lessons soon this is so helpful sometimes i get discouraged from playing because my parents dont take it too seriously😅

Lovely breakdown of the song. Wanna learn this tune due to a good friend of mine passing away recently. We were getting our asses kicked one night at work, I look over at him and ask, is it ever gonna stop. He glanced back n said, it can't rain all the time. Fuck cancer, fuck suicide 😢. Uuugghh, so much could be said. But I'm gonna learn this for my homie.
