The english first is an excellent idea !
As a personal preference, I would like the English-Slow-Fast setup tho, since sometimes the fast is a bit too fast and some words "fly over my head".
Having it in English first tells me what to look for, then slow part would give me enough time to "sort it out", so then when the natural speed comes, I already know what the sentence means, I already heard the words slowly and clearly beforehand, so it makes it a lot easier to figure out.
Having the slow after english would feel like I have an "extra chance" to understand the natural speed after.
In any case, great job ! I listen to it on the bus when I go to work and when I'm off, I listen to it when I go walk at the track.
