They were a cute couple. The only sad thing about it is that she took Lee Thompson Young's place after he passed. Up until his passing, he seemed to be handling his bipolar disorder so well.
I've missed new content from this Channel so much. I revisit it often. Especially after just being so exasperated with what's out here involving BW. It's improved, a little. But Hollywood keeps cranking out the same narrative: Slavery sagas, tired fake black love, and trauma porn. You're appreciated. Thank you. 🙏🏿❤

As much as I love R&I, I hate that we did not get a chance to see Frankie and Nina tie the knot and have kids. I think Korsak called them “Rizzaday”❤❤❤
It never fails to tickle me how much I loved this show and absolutely h8 the books it was based on. And I kept reading them hoping I'd fall in love because they were popular with my book club, and I just found them lacking.
I watch it during the day time on Lifetime. The days I am working remotely, they have a marathon of Rizzoli and Isles, but I will tell you Nina and Frankie’s relationship started shortly before the show ended. So there isn’t as much of them as I would’ve liked. But you do at least get to see their progression as a couple.
Why can't we have Black couples in these shows with the main characters. Anytime one of these shows has an attractive Black woman as one of the main characters, they only bring her in to eventually have a relationship with a White male. Happens every time.
