    Couple of issues here with the Pork. A-U always brown. Her excuse of , well it comes out the same is untrue. U salt and pepper and pack in spices with meat into beef with ur hand or meat mallet. U loose around 30% or so of ur spice flavor as soon as it hits the pan so that's why u pack in spices.
    U brown bc blowing locks in flavor and also adds to the flavor (Salt).
    B-U brown as well ESPECIALLY when cooking onions to deglaze the browned pan, this absorbs the pork flavor etc.
    And when did we use a big scooping spoon on stainless steel???? That's like a cardinal sin for scratching ur nice pots and pans...wood....come on.

    Does she realise that Morocco isn’t in Eastern Europe?! It’s in North West Africa honey...

      "Honey"?? Really?? Have some respect.
      These beautiful women have too much class to dignify your patronizing remark with a response, but I will. Part of Morocco borders the Mediterranean and it is often considered to be part of the Eastern Mediterranean region. She said she found herself traveling in the "Eastern European countries and around the Eastern Mediterranean". And why is it necessary to attempt to put her down anyway? On a cooking video no less, not a geography lesson. Why does the internet bring out the very worst in people?
