    Thats very true Bhai...that side bend exercise what my gym instructor said to do never helped me before. I also have seen someone's suggestion that not to do side bend. But when I said to someone, they laughed at me. Thanks bhai, as I believe on you, now I am sure that I was not wrong.

    Sir mera exp kuch is tarah se rha:
    Woodchop - isme kuch pressure feel nahi hua muscle me, so I dropped it.
    Bycycle crunch - it was great.
    Hanging side leg raise - Jyada nahi kar pa rha due to heavey weight or may be weak core. Plz suggest some alternate
    Russian twist - I corrected myself here.
    Knee held oblique - great
    Side lying leg raise - I haven't tried yet.
