What a brilliant lecture that explains the relationship between the form and formless. I never realized that form and formless could be the two sides of the same coin , like say, day and night are.
Advaita/non dualism is the the most brilliant philosophy ever that keeps on giving ..by helping me make sense of the Universe that I dwell in.

Ma kali blessed me in my worst time and appeared to me as a child. Now, after years of addiction and darkness ma kali has again taken control of me. She showed everything and told me we are always at play. She showed me how much she loves me and I saw her dancing with shiva but I never saw shiva and then I realized that it was I who she was dancing with. I realized that I indeed was shiva.

Third time watching this lecture. I felt sick and felt Kali told me I could eat meat to get back health. I don’t prefer it but idk.
Yes Ma sometimes indicates... During the start of corona I saw dream.. As if I was a little kid playing on the ground.. But when I looked up I only saw darkness... I did not know what was lying beyond... Suddenly I saw an enormous sword blown over my head.. It severed a head... Blood splashed out... I was terrified and looked back and saw Ma Maha Kali standing like a mountain behind me.. She was in full rage but I also observed a duality in her expression... Tear was rolling down from her eyes.. She looked helpless... Sonething was haunting her... She kept her sword slowly on my shoulder!! My God... The weight of that sword!! I woke up in fury at 2 o'clock at night.. Well after 7 days of this dream corona was declared world wide... Mother lost millions of her children.. But probably she saved me... I never had corona during 1st and 2nd wave when million died... I only had once I had my full vaccination and it was a mild one... So my experience proves She really protects...

Oim hrim krim dakshina kalikayoi namo namah... This is the complete mantra.. You can chant it all the time... More you chant more blessings you get... Kali is the only Goddess who does not endorse a guru system... Her all mantras are swayam swiddha..

Do you think the bias against Kali Maa may be due to the educational system in India? A lot of middle and upper class Indians send their children to English medium schools, many of which are run by Christians.
Even before Christians arrived kali worship had earned bad name due to some people practicing it in wrong way. Shri Ramakrishna also criticised such people. The fact that shakta way of worship is more secretive than others doesn't help either. Swami Vivekananda also said that the Kali symbol is not for everyone. Not many Hindus understand this symbol let alone outsiders. In my opinion we are doing more damage to our spiritual heritage by letting non spiritual or people with no authority teach religion through tv and media, the tv shows based on our scriptures are simply for sense gratification with the essence lost in too much drama. There are books also which do this. Instead of trying to uplift people from mundane to devine these entities try to bring the devine down to our level and say ' look the so called gods and goddesses are not different at all'.

Non dualism is the one of the brilliant philosophies ever discovered by man. And Ma Kali is an extreme example of how that philosophy might be tested.
This is not blind worship, but rather a rigorous thought system based on the idea that all dichotomies are false .. same way day and night are but different sides of the same coin.
The idea of what a “demon” is or was also is different in different times and places
This lecture was terrible. Any interest I had in learning of Maa Kali is gone now. Who wants to worship a goddess who only causes harm and discord? Or perhaps this Westerner guru is clueless?
