My biggest issue was the after sales service (lack of) it took no end of emails over a long period of time to try to get a small replacement part (that I was happy to pay for) sent from South Africa. I gave up in the end.

Can you attach side walls?
can you get rid of the buckles to hold the awning and go to velcro straps.
I think Velcro degrades of time, buckles not so much....
