I think both of these guys have done such a phenomenal job with their roles. But honestly Ewan has just absolutely brought Aemond to life! One of my fav scenes is where he throws the dagger at Lucerys demanding he takes out his eye. He's such a great actor. They both are! 🖤🙂

i had such a bad day and saw this and now i feel so much better. especially seeing ewan confident enough to do interviews just makes me so proud. I remember last season, he was super shy to even look into the camera during the behind the scenes interviews.
I don't think is confidence what made Ewan open up more. I think he wanted to protect his identity so he could portrait any character convincingly. However, I think he finally understood he needs exposure if he wants to participate in the entertainment industry. I bet that decision was not easy for him. I am glad he did. He is an amazing actor and surely a lot of doors are going to open for him from now on 😊

Turns out Tom & Ewan share the same opinion with the critics about Aegon’s coronation scene ending that was over the top. Interesting the actors agreed.
Unsurprising, it was an unnecessary addition that ruined the coronation scene and diminished their characters, or specifically Aegon's moment just to end the episode with another "cool", "badass" scene for the Blacks, wich was totally forced and nonsensical, when they could have shown Aegon and Helaena mounting their dragons and flying over Kings Landing instead.
